Tagged: My Beauty Secrets

Got tagged by Olie for this one.

Allthough, if I had my way, I would rename this tag as my favourite beauty products instead :P

Here goes.

Foundation: I used to be a big fan of Loreal's True Match foundation, but now because I'm becoming too lazy for my own good, I just slap on lots of mostuirizers and a tiny bit of Body Shop's glow enhancer, face powder and finish off with a Vitamin E face spray/mist.

Blush: Body Shop's cheek colour in Toast and Loreal's blush in Rosewood.

Lipstick: The one I use the most is Body Shop's Lip Color in Dusk Pink. And Lip Ice Mentholatum lip balm, the ones with the tiniest sheer of colors in them.

My Essential Beauty Product: Face moisturizers and lip balm! It's really the last thing I put on at night after all the gunk is lifted off.

My favourite make up product: MAC eyeshadows.

Perfume: Some of my favourites include D & G Light Blue, Salvatore Ferragamo Incanto Charms, Burberry Brit Sheer and Issey Miyake's L Eau D Issey.

Nails: Sally Hansen.

Three Products to bring on a deserted island: Banana Boat's sun protection, mist and aftersun. But come on, to be realistic, if it really was a deserted island, make up would be the last thing on my mind :P

Feet: Hah! My feet is the least of things I take care of. Shameful.

Hands: St Ives' / Crabtree & Evelyn hand cream.

Women I admire for their beauty: Beyonce Knowles, Scarlett Johansson & Reese Witherspoon.

Women with the best Sense of Style: If I have to choose from a list of celebrities, it'd probably be Jennifer Lopez.

My ultimate dream: Like everyone else, I would like to age gracefully. And not spend too much on makeup wtf.

My ultimate Beauty Care: Biotherm and St Ives facial wash & scrub, body lotion and wipes.

My Essential Oil: I normally get any spa related this and thats from Mandara. But most of the time Johnson & Johnson's baby oil works fine for me :)

Body lotion: Any vanilla scented or baby products really as I normally use body lotion only when I go to bed at night (what!) and I love the smell of baby lotion and powder especially in bed :)

Shower gel: Here's a weird thing about me. On weekdays I use antibacterial shower gels like Dettol sensitive (gasp - I might probably the only person on earth who likes the smell of Dettol!) as after a long day outside I like to smell fresh and clean :D But weekends, it's all fruity tutti for me baby. Long hot showers on a weekend is like a luxury for me, and coming out smelling like a fruit cocktail is orgasmic :)

So there you go. Am a big fan of Body Shop, St Ives, and Crabtree & Evelyn products really. For makeup, I mostly prefer MAC as you really get what you pay for.
